Whipped Cream Waffles
- Makes 5 waffles.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
Fold beaten eggs into whipped cream. Sift together dry ingredients and fold into egg and cream mixture. Heat on waffle iron according to directions. This is good with sweetened fruit.
