Vidalia Onion Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 1-1/2 cups margarine- Press into very large baking pan.
- 6 cups sliced Vidalia onions
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Add 6 beaten eggs
- 2-1/2 cups milk, heated
- 2-1/2 teaspoons salt and a dash of Tabasco sauce
- Pepper to taste
- 1-1/2 teaspoons mustard
- 1-1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire
- 3 cups grated Swiss cheese
Directions

Pour all ingredients except cheese over onions in crust.
Bake 350° 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over mixture the last 10 minutes of baking.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
