Veg-All™ Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 medium cans Veg-all™
- 2 medium cans water chestnuts
- 2 cups cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 packages Ritz™ crackers
- 1 stick margarine, cut into pats
Directions
Drain Veg-all™ and water chestnuts. Place in casserole. Mix together cheese, mayonnaise and sugar. Spread over vegetables. Crush Ritz™ crackers and spread over top. Dot with the margarine. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown.
