Sugarless Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple (unsweetened), drained (reserve juice)
- 2 cups Sprinkle Sweet™
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Directions
Grease pan and put pineapple into bottom of pan. Mix first ingredients in a large bowl. Add sour milk and mix well. Add soda and salt, add flour and pineapple juice. Mix all together and pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
