Sugar Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- Unbaked pie shell
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Blend together sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in cream, vanilla, and butter. Beat thoroughly with electric mixer. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Lower oven temperature and continue baking for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
