Spoon Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening, melted
- 4 cups self-rising flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water – add egg, sugar shortening and flour. Mix well and refrigerate for at least two to four hours. Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins (fill to about half-full). Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
