Ingredients
- 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Use to rub on tender beef steaks, chicken, salmon, or roasts. This rub gives a great southwest flavor when grilling. Seasons 2 pounds of meat.
