Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 cup Olde Delaney’s fresh sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Brown sausage and drain. Sprinkle cheese, sausage, and green onions into lined pie plate. Beat eggs lightly with half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with sliced tomatoes or fruit.
