Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) salmon
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
Directions
Drain and flake salmon, removing bones and skin. Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, 1/4 teaspoon salt and liquid smoke. Mix well and chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape mixture into ball, roll in mixture and chill again. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 cups.
