Russell’s Hill Italian

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Penne Pasta
- 5 Italian sausages
- 3lbs ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon red pepper
- 3 chopped bell pepper
- 3 basilico leaves (basil)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 whole tomatoes chopped
- salt and pepper
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta until al dente
remove from heat and let it breathe
in iron skillet cook 5 Italian sausages and remove
cook ground beef and mix in garlic, onion, peppers, basil, sugar and tomatoes.
In large baking tin-
layer penne
beef, sausage, and mix over top
and fresh grated mozzarella over top and parmesan
Place in oven and bake until cheese is almost blackened, don’t burn it too bad
