Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 8 oz. cooked macaroni
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 can (24 oz.) pizza sauce
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 1 pkg. (4-6 oz.) thin pepperoni slices
Directions
Brown beef, onion, green peppers, mushrooms; drain. Season. Add pizza sauce to beef and cooked macaroni. Alternate layers of cheeses and pepperoni with meat mixture, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If dry, add a little V8 or tomato juice.
