Nancy’s Creamy Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 C sugar
- 1/3 C all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ C sour cream
- 3 C fresh blueberries
- 1 deep-dish pie crust
- TOPPING
- ½ C sugar
- ½ C all-purpose flour
- ¼ C butter
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Combine 1 cup sugar, flour, and salt. Add eggs and sour cream, stirring until blended. Place berries in pie shell and spoon sour cream mixture over berries. In another bowl, combine ½ cup sugar and ½ cup flour. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles cornmeal. Sprinkle this over sour cream mixture and berries. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned.
