Muffin Tin Breakfast

Ingredients
- 6 slices ham, sliced thin
- 6 eggs
- Box of muffin batter for 6 muffins (I often use Jiffy)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Line 6 muffin tins with a slice of ham. Break an egg into each slice. Line 6 more muffin tins with paper liners and fill each 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and muffins are golden brown.
