Ingredients
- Meatloaf
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 pkg McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
- ¾ C quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1/8 C soy sauce
- 1/8 C ketchup
- Topping
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Add meatloaf ingredients to large bowl and mix well with hands. Pour meat mixture in a 9×5-inch loaf baking pan and shape into an even layer.
Whisk topping ingredients in a small bowl. Using spatula, spread ketchup mixture over the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
