L & R Soda Fountain Hot Honey Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortilla wraps
- 2 C Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 lb Southern fried or grilled chicken breast, sliced
- ¼ C red onion, diced
- 1 large vine-ripened tomato, chopped
- 1/3 C pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1/3 C cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- Hot Honey Sauce
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/2 C distilled vinegar
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 Tbsp spoon cornstarch
Directions
For honey sauce, whisp all ingredients together in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes, then toss fried or grilled chicken in bowl to coat evenly and serve.
Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Place ½ cup lettuce, 5–6 slices chicken, 1 tablespoon onion and 1 tablespoon tomato. Top with a small amount of each of the three cheeses. Fold the sides in tightly of each tortilla to form a rectangle. In panini press, or using a large nonstick skillet on medium, heat oil and cook wraps on each side for two minutes. Place wraps on plate, cut in half and serve immediately. Serves 4.
