Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Can also be easily frozen for future use.
