Gambill Mansion No-Bake Fruitcake
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 Cup pecans
- 1 16-oz. pkg. marshmallows
- 8 oz. candied pineapple
- 4 oz. candied cherries
Directions
Melt butter and marshmallows together and stir in crushed vanilla wafers, fruit, and nuts.
Pour into buttered loaf pan.
Chill and slice.
Decorate top with whole cherries and nuts.
