Fudge Cake
- Makes one 9x13-inch cake.

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 Tablespoons cocoa
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cup hot water
- Icing:
- 1 stick margarine
- 6 Tablespoons milk
- 4 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
Directions
Cake
Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa. Add oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix one minute. Add hot water and mix.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake in greased 9×13-inch pan or 12×18-inch sheet pan for 30-35 minutes or until done.
Icing
Bring to boil margarine, milk, cocoa. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar. Ice cake while icing is hot.
