Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 roll sugar cookie dough
- FILLING:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup whipped topping
- Fresh or canned fruit, drained
Directions
CRUST:
Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Arrange on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
FILLING:
Mix together first three ingredients; fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. Top with fruit, arranged in circles.
