Ingredients
- One head of cabbage
- Lard
- Salt
- Sugar
Directions
Coarsely shred enough cabbage to fill a skillet. Preheat lard in skillet on high and add all ingredients and cover. Stir occasionally. When the leaves are transparent and wilted, it is done. This is good on or as a sandwich.
