Ingredients
- 4 C broccoli, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 C dried cranberries
- 1 C toasted pecans, chopped
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- ¾ C granulated sugar
- ½ C red wine vinegar
- ¾ C mayonnaise
Directions
Combine broccoli, onion, pecans, dried cranberries and bacon in large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk sugar in red wine vinegar until dissolved. Add mayonnaise and whisk until smooth. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
