Crispy Coleslaw (video)

Ingredients
- ½ C apple cider vinegar
- ¼ C canola oil
- ¾ C sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp celery salt
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- ½ carrot, shredded
- ½ green pepper, diced
- ½ medium yellow onion, diced
Directions
Combine the first five ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool to room temperature.
Combine cabbage, carrot, green pepper and onion in a large bowl. Add the cooled liquid mixture and toss.
Refrigerate until chilled or ready to serve. Serves 10−12.
