Chess Pie With Sweet Milk

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tablespoons cornmeal
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1-1/2 cup sweet milk, warmed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add cornmeal, flour, and salt. Blend in eggs and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
