Can’t-Fail Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can corn, cream-style
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients, except butter. Mix well; pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour butter over top and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour, 15 minutes.
