Calico Salad

Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
Combine vegetables in large bowl and toss lightly. Combine sugar, flour, mustard and salt in small saucepan. Gradually add vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Pour hot mixture over vegetables, stir gently. Cover and chill overnight.
