Broiled Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon crushed dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 medium potatoes, bias sliced, 1/4" thick
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Directions
Stir together margarine, basil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Place potato slices in a single layer on unheated rack of broiler pan. Brush margarine mixture over both sides of potato slices. Broil about five inches from heat 8 to 9 minutes (until they are golden brown). Turn potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Broil 4 to 6 minutes. Serves 4.
