Breakfast In A Blender

Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach or banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt (you may use light)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon bran cereal or wheat germ
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
