Blackberry Ice Cream
- Makes 3 quarts.
SERVES
Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 2 (14-oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almont extract
- 1 quart fresh blackberries, rinsed and drained
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture into freezer container of a 5-quart ice cream freezer. Freeze accordingly to manufacturer’s instructions.
