Beef Roast With Dale’s Seasoning

Ingredients
- 2- to 4-pound shoulder roast
- 1/2 cup Dale's Seasoning
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine shoulder roast with 1/2 cup Dale’s Seasoning, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Add 2 cups water. Cover and turn heat to high. Cook 8 hours, more or less, until meat is tender. Thicken gravy with flour if desired.
