Banana Pudding Suprise
Ingredients
- 14-oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1-1/2 cups cold water
- 3-1/2-oz. box instant vanilla pudding
- 8-oz. carton fat-free sour cream
- 2 cups light whipped topping
- 45 vanilla wafers
- 3 large bananas
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons fat-free chocolate syrup
Directions
In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and water; mix well.
Add Pudding mix and beat with an electric mixer until well-blended.
Chill 5 minutes, then stir in sour cream. Fold in whipped topping.
Cover bottom of a 2-quart dish with 15 vanilla wafers.
Slice one banana over the vanilla wafers.
Top with 1/4 cup chocolate syrup and 1/3 cup pudding.
Repeat layering of vanilla wafers, banana, syrup, and pudding two more times. End with the pudding.
Drizzle remaining 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup over top and swirl with a knife.
Chill 3 hours. Keep refrigerated.
