Baked Fudge Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 slick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt
- whipped cream
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300°.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar, flour and cocoa. Mix well.
Add butter, pecans, vanilla and salt.
Pour into 6 ramekins (individual baking dishes) and bake in a pan of hot water for 50 minutes.
Refrigerate for several hours and serve with whipped cream.
Six servings.
