Baked Chili Rellenos
Ingredients
- 2 cans (7 oz.) green chilies (chopped)
- 1-1/2 lbs. sausage
- 1 lb. colby or cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- Mix: 4 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
Directions
Brown sausage and onion and drain.
Layer sausage, chilies and cheeses in a 2-quart casserole.
Pour over sausage and cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350′.
