Bake & Brown Savory Carrots

Ingredients
- 4 cups carrots, peeled, trimmed and cut in 2-inch chunks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cut up carrots and spread on a wide, heavy, shallow, rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and stir to coat the carrot pieces with oil. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring at least twice. Some carrot pieces should be extremely brown on some sides. Serves 4 to 6.
