Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

- 1 C apple butter
- 1 C pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 1/2 C brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 3 eggs, well-beaten
- 3/4 C evaporated milk
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked, deep-dish piecrust
Directions
Combine apple butter, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Add beaten eggs. Gradually add evaporated milk. Pour filling into piecrust. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
