A freelance writer and author, Liz Prather teaches writing at the School for Creative and Performing Arts at Lafayette High School in Lexington.  Prather has an MFA from the University of Texas-Austin, and her new resource book for writing teachers is forthcoming from Heinemann Press in 2017.
