Louisville’s All-Inclusive Glamping Resort Opens all Airstreams March 1
Progress Park, an all-inclusive glamping resort hidden in the heart of Louisville, is opening all seven Airstreams for the season. While the Park is open year-round, glamping options are limited to the 3 houses during the winter months. Beginning March 1st, all 10 units will be available for rent. The owners also have plans to add an 8th Airstream in 2024 to round out the lodging options.
One of the country’s most unique glamping destinations, Progress Park offers guests a place to unplug and connect with nature while enjoying the conveniences of the city. The resort and event venue features a 2-acre aerated pond for water activities, sandy beaches, a nature trail, a covered Pavilion, and a playground for kids.
Each of the Park’s Airstreams is equipped with a fridge, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker and all kitchen essentials, as well as TVs with Netflix and Hulu for streaming. Each unit has a covered patio, firepit with firewood, grill with charcoal, Adirondack chairs, a hammock and a picnic table. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like boating (kayaks, canoes and paddle boards), volleyball, shuffleboard, corn hole, pickleball, gaga ball, tetherball, basketball, ladder golf, life size chess and connect-4, a playground, and catch and release fishing. The 12-acre Park will soon be enhancing its all-inclusive experience for weddings and events with the addition of a new 10,000 sq ft Event Center on the property. The new Event Center will open in May of 2024 and include a custom catering area, multi-use space for meetings or wedding party suites, 5 glass garage doors to allow for open air capability, and a covered, wraparound porch with stunning views of the property and water.
The Park offers event packages ranging from exclusive access to the resort for the weekend where guests can stay on premises, to smaller business meetings and more intimate retreats.
