Beautify the Bluegrass: Nomination deadline Saturday

If you know of a beautification project that helps Kentucky shine, now is your chance to nominate it for Beautify the Bluegrass. The nomination period is open now through August 5.

From the Appalachian Mountains to the western plains, Kentuckians have a shared responsibility to help preserve both our state’s natural beauty and community landmarks, helping Kentucky communities shine.

That’s why Kentucky’s electric cooperatives and Kentucky Living are encouraging Kentuckians to once again “Beautify the Bluegrass.” The campaign, now in its sixth year, recognizes homegrown initiatives and clean-up projects—big or small—as they happen. It all culminates with Kentuckians voting for their favorite projects.
