The Apiary’s Prix Fixe dinners offer an extraordinary opportunity to experience one of Lexington’s most elegant venues through the lens of seasonally inspired cuisine. As one of the few public dining experiences available at The Apiary, Prix Fixe invites guests to enjoy the full breadth of the property’s charm: its gardens, sophisticated interiors, and signature hospitality in a more relaxed and welcoming format.
Each Prix Fixe dinner features a set multi-course menu centered around the guest’s choice of entrée. The experience begins with a cocktail in the Winter Room bar before guests are seated for an evening of thoughtful courses that highlight the best of the season. Every menu includes a chef-curated salad and a dessert from our acclaimed pastry team, along with a few unexpected surprises along the way.
Guests may choose to elevate their experience with optional add-ons such as oysters, Champagne, or a curated wine pairing expertly selected by our sommelier to complement the menu. Prix Fixe dinners start at $100 per person.
Act Two— May 16 & 23 Prix Fixe Menu
Seared Chicken: Crisp-seared chicken with spring peas, grilled spring onions, parmesan, and housemade ricotta gnudi.
Verlasso Salmon: Sustainable Patagonian salmon finished with ramp beurre blanc, complemented by sugar snap peas and peppery watercress.
Prime Tenderloin: Perfectly cooked prime tenderloin, served with a delicate potato soufflé, charred asparagus, and sweet confit onions.
