Heavenly Ridge Lavender Farm – Yoga in the Fields

Tiffany Stafford will be leading this hour long class in June and again in July!

Yoga is for everyone in this all-levels class that is suitable for beginners, advanced yogis, and everyone in between!

Come enjoy your yoga session in a heavenly environment. During this 60 minute class held at Heavenly Ridge Lavender Farm, we will work on flexibility, stability and strength of the body and mind amongst the heavenly scent of the lavender in bloom.

Please bring a yoga mat and water. You may also want sunscreen and a hand towel since we will be outdoors and will be working up a sweat.
