What’s Your Favorite Kentucky Diner?
This month in Worth the Trip, we cover locally owned Kentucky restaurants with great eats that are worth the drive. Several have gained national attention on the popular Food Network show Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. We know our list doesn’t begin to cover all the tasty diners across the state. Please send us your suggestions and we’ll add them to the story as posted online at KentuckyLiving.com. (No chain restaurants, please.) E-mail the restaurant’s name, address, phone number, and your name and favorite dish there to e-mail@kentuckyliving.com. Check out this month’s Worth the Trip to read “Destination Diners.”
Send us your FAVORITE grilled chicken recipe so that we receive it by March 26 for our July issue. Submit online at KentuckyLiving.com/cooking, then click on “Submit Reader Recipe.” Or mail it to us (see “How to Submit” below). It must be an original recipe. If we publish your recipe, we’ll send you $25 cash.
Send us “FOR GRINS” photos for JUNE so that we receive them by April 16. Tell us where the photo was taken; identify who’s in the photo, their relation to you, where they’re from; the name, address, and phone number of the photographer; your name and contact info; and the name of your electric co-op. Remember that close-ups of people work best.
- SUBMIT digital images online at Submit a Snap Shot or mail prints to Kentucky Living Snap Shot, P.O. Box 32170, Louisville, KY 40232. No color laser prints, as they do not reproduce well. Photos will NOT be returned unless you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
- GET A HEAD START on “Hot Hot Hot” photos for JULY, which are due May 16.
