Nature Weekend, Art For Tots, Dulcimers, Titanic Exhibition

Time for Tots
Tiny tots ages 3-5 are invited to experience the world of ART at the John James Audubon Museum in Henderson. Parents or grandparents should accompany their little Rembrandt for a morning of educational fun with art. Dress for a mess! Classes will be the first Friday of each month, February-May. Nature Watch Weekend
Learn more about the thousands of Sandhill Cranes that migrate through the area at Barren River Lake State Resort Park in Lucas. A wildlife biologist from KDFWR, along with the park naturalist, will be on hand to provide you information on these unique birds with a unique sound. A Titanic experience
Visitors get the feel of what doomed the Titanic in the iceberg gallery of “Titanic: the Artifact Exhibition,” through February 15 at the Louisville Science Center. The exhibition features more than 5,500 artifacts of the ship. It focuses on the human stories of the 1912 disaster. Each visitor receives a replica boarding pass, then learns whether the passenger on the pass survived. Tickets are $18 for adults and $14 for children.
